FiveM : How to add new resources to your Server

Step 1: Find Resources for Your Server

The best way to find resources for your server is by visiting the Releases section of the Cfx.re Forum.

Some resources may have dependencies that you need to check beforehand.

Some resources are not free, so make sure you don’t get scammed and always follow the resource's terms and conditions.

We cannot provide support for community resources, so please contact the creator if you have any questions or issues with the resource.

Step 2: Install the Resource on Your Server

1. After downloading the resource files, compress them into a .zip file.

2. Upload the .zip file to the resources folder using the file manager or transfer the uncompressed files directly via SFTP.

3. If using the file manager, drag and drop the .zip file into the resources folder.

4. Use the 'Unarchive' action in the panel to extract the resource folder.

Step 3: Import the Required Database Files into Your Database.

1. Connect to your database using the credentials found in the 'FiveM' tab.

2. Import the database files into your database.

   

Step 4: Update Your Server Configuration

1. Open your server.cfg file using the File Manager and add the resources manually.
   Or, you can use the CFG Editor in your txAdmin panel for a more streamlined approach.

Step 5: Start the Server or Resource and Verify Everything Works

You can either restart the server or start the resources manually in the txAdmin Panel under the Resources tab.
